Access

You will have multiple supermarkets to choose from, some of them working 24hrs a day and they are all within 3minutes of walk (100-150 meters). Аlso, you will be within walking distance to public transportation, parks and all of the major attractions, shops and restaurants! You will find some of the most extraordinary historic landmarks within a walk: St. Alexander Nevski Cathedral, Saint Nikolas Russian Church, Catedral de Sveta-Nedelya, Saint Sofia Church, National Palace of Culture Congress Centre and many others.

Please note the 4th bed for the 6th person is rollaway bed, 75x180cm with steel frame, comfortable and high quality foam mattress. ***The rollaway bed is ONLY provided upon 12 hours advance request and at additional charge.*** Please note the 3rd bed is the sofa bed and bedding (the bed set e.g. sheets, cover, pillow etc.) for the sofa bed is ONLY provided upon 12 hours advance request*** Cleaning before checkout (during your stay) is provided upon request and at extra fee. Baby bath, baby monitor, children's bikes, baby safety gates, changing table, children's books and toys, children's tableware, cot (crib), baby dining/feeding (high) chair, plug socket covers and table corner guards are only provided upon request and at extra fee. Guests requesting extra bed linens have to pay an extra charge. Any guest request may require the guest to pay extra. Although we updated all the pipes when we did the renovation of the apartment, hot water supply company explained to us that because the building is approximately 100 years old, as well as the infrastructure in the Sofia city center in general, is quite outdated and therefore it often takes a few minutes for the hot water to come. The only solution they explained to us is to let the hot water run for a few minutes so that it becomes warmer. The aristocratic building you will be staying in was built in is nearly 100 years old and the management of the building is great and they are constantly updating the building! This means that some parts have not been updated yet. Although we clean the drains with some of the strongest chemicals after each guest, sometimes there is odor and little flies from the drains in the bathroom. In this case we have come up with the solutions to put a bathroom air freshener to absorb the bad smell until the whole pipe system of the building is updated and as per the experts that is the only solution to permanently remove the smell from the pipes. The apartment is “deep cleaned” on a regular basis which is NOT after every guest stay. That means you may experience finding specific details in the apartment that are pending to be taken care of which will be during the scheduled deep cleaning which most likely is due to be done in the next few days. You can request before or during your stay a deep cleaning to be done before the regular deep cleaning schedule, and that will be done at an extra charge of 750 BGN payable by the guest in addition to the already paid total price of the reservation. Also, the deep cleaning duration could be up to 12 hours.

Transit

The best rated bars and clubs are in within a short walk. The apartment is located just a few steps (450m) from the most famous "Vitosha" street which is the most popular shopping and dining street in Sofia. All means of transportation, buses, trams and subway are just few meters away from the apartment. The easiest way to get to the property for many guests is by metro which is just 300 meters from the apartment and the metro stop is called "National Palace of Culture (NDK)". NDK II (Bulgarian: НДК II) is the closest exit/entrance to the apartment. If you are coming from the airport, you can catch the metro from there. If you are coming by car, typically there are empty spaces around the apartment where you can park. Parking on the streets in the area is paid. There are two types of short term paid parking zones in the center – a Green one and a Blue one. Because of our location, we fall right in the middle of both zones so you can choose on which side you want to park.
