You will be located on a delightful car-free shopping street marred only by the constant need to check that a tram is not bearing down on you. Your apartment is exactly on Garibaldi Square which is exactly in the heart of Sofia city centre.

The National Theatre, the Bulgarian National bank and all government institutions are just a few steps away from your home away from home! The closest metro station is a 5-minute walk away.

Please note the 3rd bed for the 5th person is rollaway bed, 75x180cm with steel frame, comfortable and high quality foam mattress. ***The rollaway bed is ONLY provided upon 12 hours advance request and at additional charge.*** Cleaning before checkout (during your stay) is provided upon request and at extra fee. The cot (crib), baby dining/feeding (high) chair, children's tableware, children's books and toys, changing table, baby bath, plug socket covers and table corner guards are only provided upon request and at extra fee. Guests requesting extra bed linens have to pay an extra charge. Any guest request may require the guest to pay extra. The aristocratic building you will be staying in was built in is nearly 100 years old and the management of the building is great and they are constantly updating the building! This means that some parts have not been updated yet. Although we clean the drains with some of the strongest chemicals after each guest, sometimes there is odor from the drains in the bathroom. In this case we have come up with the solutions to put a bathroom air freshener to absorb the bad smell until the whole pipe system of the building is updated and as per the experts that is the only solution to permanently remove the smell from the pipes. Despite our huge efforts to protect from cockroaches - we typically spray against cockroaches every 5 days (as per recommendation of the pest control experts) and we also have a specialised pest control come for regular deep treatment to have our apartment protected from cockroaches, because not all of the apartment in the building are treated regularly enough against cockroaches, just like majority of the buildings in Sofia city centre there is still at least a slight chance for cockroaches. You will be right in the middle of the city center and the vibrant environment surrounding your apartment may be noisy for some guests. Also, despite the fact you will be having a mixture of short and long term paid parking options, some guests may still find it challenging for the parking and/or not convenient.
