The place has a great location, and the check-in communication is quick and easy. It’s clean, spacious, and welcoming. I definitely recommend it! I would be happy if there was a complimentary mineral water.

Lokasyonu çok iyi, otopark imkanı olması çok iyi Sofya için Tesis sahibi çok yardım severdi. Erken ve geç check in/out için yardımcı oldu. Bir sorun için kendisine ulaşmak çok kolaydı. Mesajlarımıza hemen dönüş yaptı. Kaldığımız oda özellikle 2 kişilik konaklamalar için ideal.

Everything was perfect — the accommodation looks exactly like in the photos, fully equipped, and about a 30-minute walk from the city center. The host was always available for any questions or concerns. He was very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier than agreed. The only challenge is the parking, which requires a bit of maneuvering and skill. Clear and thorough check-in instructions. All in all, a warm recommendation. The parking area is very narrow and requires a lot of maneuvering and skill.

Unbeatable location, close to the main pedestrian street Vitosha, very friendly and responsive staff. Self check-in, Washer, dryer and mini dishwasher definitely great options to have. There is an amazing bakery next door where we got our delicious bread and other baked goods every morning. Free coffee provided for the entire stay. Not a real negative, just recommendation - The door opens with a long code, would be nice if it can be shortened to avoid checking the numbers each time.
