The apartment was big enough for all the 8 of us. Here location was just next to the centre. And most importantly all the time was hot water if needed to shower 🚿 There was not enough toilet paper for 8 people, but we just went and bought some.

Abbiamo soggiornato un weekend in 7 nella struttura di Martin e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è super spaziosa ed è dotata di tutti i comfort, posizione ottima per muoversi in centro ed è a 15-20 min di taxi dall’aeroporto. Martin è uno degli host più gentili e disponibili che abbia mai conosciuto. Prima di arrivare a Sofia, ci ha dato tanti consigli e info sulla città, dai ristornati ai locali ai musei e anche durante la vacanza è sempre stato un punto di riferimento (il giorno della partenza abbiamo avuto problemi con la prenotazione del taxi e si è adoperato lui per farli arrivare nel punto in cui ci trovavamo). Consiglio vivamente la struttura per una vacanza tra amici.

Collecting the keys was very easy. The host sent very detailed instructions. The host was very attentive and helpful. The location is great, by a lot of restaurants and shops.

Good location, the owner was very responsive and helpful and provided us with all info and anything else we needed and even gave us late checkout option for free 🤩 I would definitely stay there again

La struttura ha una posizione centrale per la città, perfetta sia per fare passeggiate sia per la vicinanza alla metro. L’host, Martin, sempre a disponibile e pronto ad aiutare, gentilissimo. Le camere da letto sono spaziose, la presenza di lavatrici e lavastoviglie molto apprezzata. Il bagno forse un po’ piccolo per 8 persone ma è esattamente come in foto, quindi sapevamo benissimo cosa ci aspettava. Negozi, fast food, supermercati e tanto altro sono tutti vicini raggiungibili con pochi passi a piedi davvero 10/10

The place has a great location, and the check-in communication is quick and easy. It’s clean, spacious, and welcoming. I definitely recommend it! I would be happy if there was a complimentary mineral water.

Lokasyonu çok iyi, otopark imkanı olması çok iyi Sofya için Tesis sahibi çok yardım severdi. Erken ve geç check in/out için yardımcı oldu. Bir sorun için kendisine ulaşmak çok kolaydı. Mesajlarımıza hemen dönüş yaptı. Kaldığımız oda özellikle 2 kişilik konaklamalar için ideal.

Everything was perfect — the accommodation looks exactly like in the photos, fully equipped, and about a 30-minute walk from the city center. The host was always available for any questions or concerns. He was very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier than agreed. The only challenge is the parking, which requires a bit of maneuvering and skill. Clear and thorough check-in instructions. All in all, a warm recommendation. The parking area is very narrow and requires a lot of maneuvering and skill.

Unbeatable location, close to the main pedestrian street Vitosha, very friendly and responsive staff. Self check-in, Washer, dryer and mini dishwasher definitely great options to have. There is an amazing bakery next door where we got our delicious bread and other baked goods every morning. Free coffee provided for the entire stay. Not a real negative, just recommendation - The door opens with a long code, would be nice if it can be shortened to avoid checking the numbers each time.

Amazing apartment! The location is perfect – close to everything you need 🚶‍♂️ The place is fully equipped with everything: kitchenware 🍽️, coffee machine ☕, super comfy beds 🛏️, fast Wi-Fi 📶 – truly everything you might need. The hosts take care of every little detail – from putting trash bags in the bin 🗑️, to providing shampoo 🚿 and other essentials. After each stay, a cleaning service comes in 🧼, so the apartment is always spotless. We were 5 friends and had a fantastic time! Highly recommended ❤️
