What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available after 16:00, and check-out must be completed by 11:00. Please note that these times may vary by property, so always check the specific details for your booking.
Is self check-in available?
Yes, we offer self check-in using a lockbox. Instructions will be provided to you prior to your arrival.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our apartments to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 08:00 and 14:00 to 16:00. Please respect these times to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone in the building.
Are parties or events permitted?
No, parties or events are strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in a minimum fine of €500.
What if I have visitors during my stay?
Guests are welcome to have visitors until 22:00, as long as the total number of people does not exceed the number of guests specified in your reservation. Any additional guests will incur a charge of €50 per day.
Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. A smoking fee of €200 per day will be applied for violations.
What are your booking conditions?
Booking Conditions:
Eligibility: Guests must be at least 18 years old to book an apartment. For local guests, pre-approval is required before making a reservation to prevent parties.
Reservation Confirmation: All bookings are subject to confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is successfully processed.
Payment: A valid payment method is required at the time of booking. Full payment may be required for the duration of your stay, including any additional fees (e.g., extra guests, cleaning fees).
Identification: Guests are required to provide valid identification upon check-in as mandated by Bulgarian law.
House Rules Compliance: By booking, you agree to adhere to our house rules. Please review them carefully to ensure a pleasant stay for yourself and others.
What is your cancellation policy?
Flexible Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation up to 5 days before their scheduled arrival date for a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 5 days of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Modification of Booking: Guests wishing to modify their booking (e.g., changing dates or number of guests) must contact us directly. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Refund Processing: Any eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used during booking.
