Please note the 5th and 6th bed for the 9th and 10th person is rollaway bed, 75x180cm with steel frame, comfortable and high quality foam mattress. ***The rollaway bed is ONLY provided upon 12 hours advance request and at additional charge.***
Must climb stairs – the apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is NO elevator.
Cleaning before checkout (during your stay) is provided upon request and at extra fee.
The cot (crib), baby dining/feeding (high) chair, children’s tableware, children’s books and toys, changing table, baby bath, baby monitor, table corner guards, baby safety gates are only provided upon request and at extra fee.
Any guest request may require the guest to pay extra.
There are multiple security cameras overlooking the common parts of the building.
There are NO cameras inside the apartment. However, there are noise level monitoring devices inside the apartment to prevent parties and violation of the quiet hours, which quiet hours are between 2pm–4pm & 10pm-8am.
The apartment is “deep cleaned” on a regular basis which is NOT after every guest stay. That means you may experience finding specific details in the apartment that are pending to be taken care of which will be during the scheduled deep cleaning which most likely is due to be done in the next few days. You can request before or during your stay a deep cleaning to be done before the regular deep cleaning schedule, and that will be done at an extra charge of 750 BGN payable by the guest in addition to the already paid total price of the reservation. Also, the deep cleaning duration could be up to 12 hours.
As per the building management policies, we need your explicit agreement here in the platform messaging tool that you agree to the building requirements and if eventual violations you agree to the penalties and immediate eviction of the apartment without further warnings other than this one right now.
There is video surveillance in the building to ensure the building rules are followed. Hereby are outlined two of the main building management policies:
There is a strict quiet hour policy from 10pm until 8am. Only exempt are kids under the age of 3.
No random doorbell ringing. Doorbells are monitored with CCTV.
Violating any of these policies results in a penalty of 200 BGN and immediate eviction, and NO warnings. Hereby you have been made enough aware. The building management does NOT tolerate any violations.

The best rated bars and clubs are in within a short walk. The apartment is located just a few steps (450m) from the most famous “Vitosha” street which is the most popular shopping and dining street in Sofia. All means of transportation, buses, trams and subway are just few meters away from the apartment.
The easiest way to get to the property for many guests is by metro which is just in front of your building – less than 1 minute walk and the metro stop is called “National Palace of Culture (NDK)”. If you are coming from the airport, you can catch the metro from there.
If you are coming by car, typically there are empty spaces around the apartment where you can park. Parking on the streets in the area is paid. There are two types of short term paid parking zones in the center – a Green one and a Blue one. Because of our location, we fall right in the middle of both zones so you can choose on which side you want to park.
There’s also long term parking right accross the street as well.
