Please note the 4th bed for the 7th person is rollaway bed, 75x180cm with steel frame, comfortable and high quality foam mattress. ***The rollaway bed is ONLY provided upon 12 hours advance request and at additional charge.*** Please note the bedding (the bed set e.g. sheets, cover, pillow etc.) for the sofa bed is ONLY provided upon 12 hours advance request*** Must climb stairs - the apartment is on the third floor and there is NO elevator. Please note that even though the apartment was recently completely renovated, the building and the common parts of the building are still pending to be completely renovated very soon. You may experience smoke odour from a neighbour if the ventilation system has not been used properly. Cleaning before checkout (during your stay) is provided upon request and at extra fee. The cot (crib), baby dining/feeding (high) chair, children's tableware, children's books and toys, changing table, baby bath and other related items and equipment are only provided upon request and at extra fee. Any guest request may require the guest to pay extra. Currently as of 31st January 2025 coffee machine has been taken to be replaced soon with an updated version coffee machine from the supplier. Therefore, currently there is NO coffee machine inside the apartment. Although we updated all the pipes when we did the renovation of the apartment, hot water supply company explained to us that because the building is approximately 100 years old, as well as the infrastructure in the Sofia city center in general, is quite outdated and therefore it often takes a few minutes for the hot water to come. The only solution they explained to us is to let the hot water run for a few minutes so that it becomes warmer. The aristocratic building you will be staying in was built in is nearly 100 years old and the management of the building is great and they are constantly updating the building! This means that some parts have not been updated yet. Although we clean the drains with some of the strongest chemicals after each guest, sometimes there is odor and little flies from the drains in the bathroom. In this case we have come up with the solutions to put a bathroom air freshener to absorb the bad smell until the whole pipe system of the building is updated and as per the experts that is the only solution to permanently remove the smell from the pipes. The apartment is “deep cleaned” on a regular basis which is NOT after every guest stay. That means you may experience finding specific details in the apartment that are pending to be taken care of which will be during the scheduled deep cleaning which most likely is due to be done in the next few days. You can request before or during your stay a deep cleaning to be done before the regular deep cleaning schedule, and that will be done at an extra charge of 750 BGN payable by the guest in addition to the already paid total price of the reservation. Also, the deep cleaning duration could be up to 12 hours.
