Space

You will be located in the city center of Sofia, and it’s your perfect choice if you’re a family and/or group of friends looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Your apartment is spacious and elegantly decorated, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Your living area features a comfortable sofa and large TV, while your dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together. Your kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator.

Transit

The best rated bars and clubs are within a short walk. The apartment is located just a few steps (350m) from the most famous "Vitosha" street which is the most popular shopping and dining street in Sofia. All means of transportation, buses, trams and subway are just few meters away from the apartment. The easiest way to get to your apartment for many guests is by metro which is just a few minutes walk. If you are coming from the airport, you can catch the metro from there. If you are coming by car, typically there are empty spaces around the apartment where you can park. Parking on the streets in the area is FREE at night time.

Please note the 5th and 6th bed for the 9th and 10th person is rollaway bed, 75x180cm with steel frame, comfortable and high quality foam mattress. ***The rollaway bed is ONLY provided upon 12 hours advance request and at additional charge.*** Cleaning before checkout (during your stay) is provided upon request and at extra fee. The cot (crib), baby dining/feeding (high) chair, children's tableware, children's books and toys, changing table, baby bath, baby monitor, table corner guards, baby safety gates are only provided upon request and at extra fee. Any guest request may require the guest to pay extra. There are multiple security cameras overlooking the common parts of the building. There are NO cameras inside the apartment. However, there are noise level monitoring devices inside the apartment to prevent parties and violation of the quiet hours, which quiet hours are from 2pm to 4pm and from 10pm to 8am. Despite our huge efforts to protect from cockroaches - we typically spray against cockroaches every 5 days (as per recommendation of the pest control experts) and we also have a specialised pest control come for regular deep treatment to have our apartment protected from cockroaches, because not all of the apartment in the building are treated regularly enough against cockroaches, just like majority of the buildings in Sofia city centre there is still at least a slight chance for cockroaches. Bathroom has been partially renovated, however it is still pending a complete renovation. Given that, some guests may find the bathroom is not up to standard compared to the rest of the apartment. The aristocratic building you will be staying in was built in is nearly 100 years old and the management of the building is great and they are constantly updating the building! This means that some parts have not been updated yet. Although we clean the drains with some of the strongest chemicals after each guest, sometimes there is odor from the drains in the bathroom. In this case we have come up with the solutions to put a bathroom air freshener to absorb the bad smell until the whole pipe system of the building is updated and as per the experts that is the only solution to permanently remove the smell from the pipes.
