Notes

Please note that the bed for the 3rd person is rollaway bed, 75x180cm with steel frame, comfortable and high quality foam mattress. It's always in the apartment for your convenience. Cleaning before checkout (during your stay) is provided upon request and at extra fee. The cot (crib), baby dining/feeding (high) chair, children's tableware, children's books and toys, changing table, baby bath and other related items and equipment are only provided upon request and at extra fee. Any guest request may require the guest to pay extra. You must be very careful when you’re entering the parking and you may need to lure the car side mirrors to not scratch them. In case you are not a confident driver you may prefer not using the free parking in the backyard and instead using the paid parking on the street. Standard size cars can enter and use the free parking. If your car is not standard size in width or height you may not be able to enter the parking. You may experience a neighbour trying to not allow you to park in the building backyard. However, the building backyard which is used by everyone who occupies the building as parking is a common part of the building, hence the parking does not belong to anyone personally, so every occupant in the building has the same equal rights to use the building backyard as parking. There are multiple security cameras in the common parts of the building to ensure the safety of the people living inside the building. There's noise monitoring devices inside the apartment to prevent parties. The apartment is “deep cleaned” on a regular basis which is NOT after every guest stay. That means you may experience finding specific details in the apartment that are pending to be taken care of which will be during the scheduled deep cleaning which most likely is due to be done in the next few days. You can request before or during your stay a deep cleaning to be done before the regular deep cleaning schedule, and that will be done at an extra charge of 750 BGN payable by the guest in addition to the already paid total price of the reservation. Also, the deep cleaning duration could be up to 12 hours.
