House Rules
There are multiple security cameras overlooking the common parts of the building. There are NO cameras inside the apartment. However, there are noise level monitoring devices inside the apartment to prevent parties and violation of the quiet hours, which quiet hours are between 2pm–4pm & 10pm-8am.
There is a strict quiet hour policy from 10pm until 8am. Only exempt are kids under the age of 3. Also **NO** random doorbell ringing. Doorbells are monitored with CCTV. Violating the policy about the quiet hours and/or random doorbell ringing results in a penalty of 200 BGN and IMMEDIATE EVICTION. There will be NO warnings. Hereby you have been made enough aware. The building management does NOT tolerate any violations.

Amazing apartment!
The location is perfect – close to everything you need 🚶♂️
The place is fully equipped with everything: kitchenware 🍽️, coffee machine ☕, super comfy beds 🛏️, fast Wi-Fi 📶 – truly everything you might need.
The hosts take care of every little detail – from putting trash bags in the bin 🗑️, to providing shampoo 🚿 and other essentials.
After each stay, a cleaning service comes in 🧼, so the apartment is always spotless.
We were 5 friends and had a fantastic time!

Apartament w samym centrum Sofii, przestronny, wygodne łóżka, dobrze wyposażony, dobry kontakt z właścicielem, jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni Aby było idealnie trzeba znacznie obniżyć lustro w łazience, sprawić aby drzwi do kuchni i salonu się domykały, przydał by się też 1 większy nóż. Poza tym wszystko w porządku
