Baby bath, baby monitor, children's bikes, baby safety gates, changing table, children's books and toys, children's tableware, cot (crib), baby dining/feeding (high) chair, plug socket covers and table corner guards are only provided upon request and at extra fee. Any guest request may require the guest to pay extra. The aristocratic building you will be staying in is nearly 100 years old and the management of the building is great and they are constantly updating the building! This means that some parts have not been updated yet. Although we clean the drains with some of the strongest chemicals after each guest, sometimes there is odor from the drains in the bathroom. In this case we have come up with the solutions to put a bathroom air freshener to absorb the bad smell until the whole pipe system of the building is updated and as per the experts that is the only solution to permanently remove the smell from the pipes. The apartment is “deep cleaned” on a regular basis which is NOT after every guest stay. That means you may experience finding specific details in the apartment that are pending to be taken care of which will be during the scheduled deep cleaning which most likely is due to be done in the next few days. You can request before or during your stay a deep cleaning to be done before the regular deep cleaning schedule, and that will be done at an extra charge of 750 BGN payable by the guest in addition to the already paid total price of the reservation. Also, the deep cleaning duration could be up to 12 hours.
