Please note the 3rd bed for the 5th person is rollaway bed, 75x180cm with steel frame, comfortable and high quality foam mattress. ***The rollaway bed is only provided upon 12 hours advance request and at additional charge.*** Must climb stairs - The apartment is on the first floor (above ground floor) and therefore guests will need to climb 1 spiral staircase with 22 steps. Please note that from time to time, you will hear passing airplanes, but the noise will only last for a very few seconds. The property is very much garden style apartment because of the very big green terrace, and therefore insects and bugs are likely to sneak inside the apartment when doors/windows are open. Cleaning before checkout (during your stay) is provided upon request and at extra fee. The cot (crib), baby dining/feeding (high) chair, children's tableware, children's books and toys, changing table and baby bath are only provided upon request and at extra fee. Guests requesting extra bed linens have to pay extra charge. Any guest request may require the guest to pay extra. Periodically for several days there will be no artificial grass on the terrace due to replacement with new. The greeneries on the terrace are typically being renewed multiple times per year or if needed more or less frequently based on the season and the life of greeneries. Despite our huge efforts to protect from cockroaches - we typically spray against cockroaches every 5 days (as per recommendation of the pest control experts) and we also have a specialised pest control come for regular deep treatment to have our apartment protected from cockroaches, because not all of the apartment in the building are treated regularly enough against cockroaches, just like majority of the buildings in Sofia city centre there is still at least a slight chance for cockroaches. The apartment is “deep cleaned” on a regular basis which is NOT after every guest stay. That means you may experience finding specific details in the apartment that are pending to be taken care of which will be during the scheduled deep cleaning which most likely is due to be done in the next few days. You can request before or during your stay a deep cleaning to be done before the regular deep cleaning schedule, and that will be done at an extra charge of 750 BGN payable by the guest in addition to the already paid total price of the reservation. Also, the deep cleaning duration could be up to 12 hours.
